EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL TRIP
The "Haras National d'Hennebont" is a heritage site that showcases the relationship between humans and horses.
Throughout the year, students discover the equestrian world and its behind-the-scenes activities through guided tours and workshops. They also attend equestrian shows in L'Écrin.
Our educational department offers a program developed with the expertise of the Morbihan Departmental Education Services.

FROM KINDERGARTEN TO HIGH SCHOOL
Tours and workshops at the "Haras National d'Hennebont" are available to students from cycle 1 to high school (visits are available from cycle 2 and up).
SPECIALIZED SERVICES
Our teams work with a focus on the inclusion of students with disabilities. Most of our tours and workshops are therefore accessible to all children.

the "HARAS NATIONAL D'HENNEBONT"
Accompanied by a guide, students meet horses by visiting the stables and paddocks. They also gain access to the "Mash," a new educational space dedicated to horse nutrition. In the Honor Stable, they discover the history of the stud farm through an immersive exhibition.

L'ÉCRIN | New space
In the heart of the Cour du Puits, respecting the 19th-century architecture of the stud farm, L'Écrin will open its doors in October 2025.
This 1,460 m² hall, reaching a height of 17 meters, is a unique venue dedicated to equestrian shows. In 2025-2026, children will discover a varied program presented by renowned companies.
Capacity: 710 spectators
The “Pass Culture” for schools contributes to the widespread adoption of arts and cultural education (EAC). It allows schools to fund supervised activities for their classes, from Year 6 to Year 12.
Tours, workshops, and performances at the Haras National d'Hennebont are eligible for the Culture Pass.

For the end of the calendar year 2025, reservations for cultural offers will be open again in September for a resumption of activities from 01/10/25 until the end of the school year 25-26 (reservations must be confirmed by the heads of establishments before 31/12/25).

The Hennebont National Stud Farm is open year-round to school groups, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• These outings can take place at the Haras National d'Hennebont, the Flore submarine and its museum, the Cité de la Voile, and the Cité des Moussaillons.
• One outing = a guided tour + workshop or a show.
• This funding is provided within the defined budget.
Schools wishing to organize more than two field trips per year will be required to cover the costs for these additional trips.
